New Calgary Screening Added December 8

After 2 sold-out screenings in Calgary, a third screening has been added on December 8 at the Plaza Theatre. The Jumbo Saga Continues: Glacier Resorts to seek judicial review

When Minister Polak announced on June 18, 2015 that the Jumbo Glacier Resort had not been substantially started, the Environmental Certificate for the project expired. Whoops of joy erupted across BC, celebrating the historic announcement and the effective rejection of Jumbo, but there was notable silence from project proponent Glacier Resorts Ltd. Jumbo Rejected!

Today, the BC government announced that the Jumbo Glacier Resort's Environmental Certificate has expired. Charged with making a determination as to whether the project had been substantially started after 10 years, Minister Polak concluded that it had not been. What does that mean?
